You can expect exciting and challenging IT projects that are defined and executed within the global IT strategy of the AUNDE Group. In this position, you will strengthen the "OneIT", in which all IT employees are integrated in the group-wide uniform IT cross-sectional functions such as IT infrastructure, service management, business applications and IT project management office (PMO).

Your Tasks

• Planning and management of comprehensive and complex IT projects
• Taking responsibility for a project regarding successful implementation in time, budget and quality
• Preparation and initiation of projects, scope definition and structuring
• Defining and coding work packages, identifying dependencies
• Clarifying and coordinating requirements for projects with Business Relationship Management (BRM)
• Stakeholder management, stakeholder analysis, definition of communication content and implementation of communication
• Organizing deadlines and managing project-related tasks in detailed planning
• Conducting comprehensive IT project status meetings
• Management of external service providers
• Project budget controlling
• Identification of integrative topics and dependencies between different workstreams and projects
• Preparation, implementation and moderation of project workshops
• Preparation of decisions and decision-making within the project
• Identifying risks, risk assessment and risk mitigation
• Application of project management methods

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree in the field of computer science, a business administration or a comparable degree
• At least 2 years of practical experience in IT projects
• Well-founded knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA
• Good knowledge of MS Office, technical and business contexts
• Very good understanding of ERP systems and IT applications / IT landscapes (in general)
• Structured, accurate, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills
• Distinct conceptual and goal-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
• High level of initiative, commitment, flexibility and willingness to travel
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
