HR IT Analyst / Coordinator (m/f/x)

At the Pune site

You can expect exciting and challenging IT projects that are defined and executed within the global IT strategy of the AUNDE Group. In this position, you will strengthen the "OneIT", in which all IT employees are integrated in the group-wide uniform IT cross-sectional functions such as IT infrastructure, service management, business applications and IT project management office (PMO).

You can expect these tasks:

HR IT Operations
• Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the HR technology platforms used in a company/organization
• Collaborating with key Business stakeholders and IT vendors in support of system maintenance & production support
• Work with HR Applications Vendor on optimization, automation, and efficiencies within the current platform
• Technical HR IS/HR IT configurations, reporting, and enhancements
• Develops test cases to support testing of solution ownership
• Improves systems performance by investigating problems and recommending solutions
• Creates optimization, automation, and efficiencies through scripts or other tools

Change management in the context of adaptions of the existing system, rollout to new locations, upgrade of software, etc:
• Evaluation of requirements (implementation possibilities, effort estimation, duration of implementation, etc.)
• Support in the creation of the functional & Technical concept
• Implementation in cooperation with internal & external service providers
• Execution of IT tests incl. test case creation and test documentation
• Documentation of the implementation
• Creation/updating of user manuals and, if necessary, training documents
• Go-live/transfer to operations

What you bring along:

• Successfully completed Bachelor /Diploma/Master in Information Technology or comparable training/practical experience
• In-depth knowledge in HR Processes
• Knowledge about SAP HCM, Tisoware, BITE, Loga, Workday
• Experience in managing SaaS HR Applications
• General knowledge of European payroll/HR rules and regulations
• Fluency in written & Spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as high social skills in dealing with our internal business partners and external service providers
• Willingness to travel domestic & International
